The OWN Studio, Stylist
We are a fast-growing luxury fashion label specialising in contemporary wedding and evening wear. Everything is developed in our working design studio in East London and made locally at our London atelier.
We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a personal stylist. You will be working alongside the rest of our team from our beautiful studio in Old Street, a stone’s throw from Hoxton Square.
The Role
Working as part of our team of stylists, you will be responsible for running bridal and occasion wear appointments in our beautiful East London studio. You will create a really special, memorable experience for each and every customer, help them choose the right pieces for them and offer styling suggestions from our accessories collections where needed. You should have a love and flair for fashion and styling, be a natural and confident ‘people person’ and live and breathe the brand. You must have strong attention to detail, strong sales skills and emotional intelligence and the ability to think on their feet to ensure you are giving customers the best possible experience.
Responsibilites
Leading wedding and evening wear appointments at the studio
Following up with every customer on email and supporting them through the process up to point of purchase
Taking customer measurements (we will provide training on this)
Ensuring the studio and all samples are always looking their best
Requirements
Previous experience in fashion retail sales (essential)
Strong interpersonal skills
A background or passionate interest in fashion (essential)
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in inbox management
