Are you passionate about art and skilled in managing the operations of a vibrant nomadic gallery? We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Art Gallery Manager to assist the Director in the day-to-day running of the gallery.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Gallery Director to curate and organize exhibitions, ensuring a diverse and engaging selection of artwork.

  • Assist in managing gallery operations, including inventory, sales, and customer relations.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote exhibitions and events.

  • Support in overseeing gallery staff, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.

  • Assist in cultivating relationships with artists, collectors, and community stakeholders.

  • Ensure the gallery's compliance with industry standards and regulations.

    Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in the art industry, with a proven track record in gallery management.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Proficiency in art sales techniques and inventory management systems.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
